Delete your Inktify account

Inktify can be used without an account. If you created or signed into a NanoHawk account for Inktify, you can permanently delete that account and its associated account data.

Delete your account in Inktify

Open Inktify and go to:

Menu → Account → Delete Account

Follow the verification steps shown in the app to complete the request.

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to the app, you may request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. Please include the email address associated with your account.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through an app store. Store subscriptions must be managed separately through the store where they were purchased.

Data retention

Upon request, Inktify will delete your app account and associated app data, except for records we are required to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or compliance purposes.
